DQD Mission
DQD was founded with a clear mission: to provide high-quality demolition services to general contractors and building owners. From the beginning, our philosophy has been simple yet powerful:
“Do good work for good people, treat people how we want to be treated, and honor our word.”
The journey began with my hands-on experience in the industry, starting as a laborer. This foundation instilled a deep understanding of the importance of meeting expectations and delivering on commitments. It also reinforced a belief that exceptional service begins with building a strong team.
At DQD, we are driven by a passion for creating opportunities for hardworking individuals who take pride in their craft. From day one, our focus has been on fostering a company culture that values its employees and supports their growth.
When the time came to transition ownership, it was essential to find a partner who shared this vision and was committed to not only preserving what had been built but taking it to the next level. The partnership between Pinewell Capital and DQD has been pivotal throughout the ownership transition, as Pinewell quickly proved to be the perfect fit for DQD’s growth, nurturing our culture while propelling us into an exciting new chapter.
Today, as a united team, we take immense pride in witnessing DQD's growth, remaining true to its roots while building upon the foundational principles that sparked its journey.
